This petition has been filed to substitute the proposed respondents herein as the respondents 2 to 4, being the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent E.Krishnamurthy, in the above writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition stands allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
