ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody through P.T warrant on 14.12.2020 for the alleged offences under Section 8(c) r/w Section 20(b) (ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Crime Nos.908, 909, 915, 916 and 923 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the petitioner in all these petitions has been detained under Act XIV of 1982 on 12.01.2021.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, all these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed for the present.
