2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court is complied with. The same is recorded.

3. Since as per the order passed by this Court dated 24.01.2023, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.119 of 2021 and to that effect, the petitioner has also produced a payment receipt dated 15.02.2023. Thus the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the said amount by filing undertaking affidavit before the concerned Magistrate.

4. In view of the above, the compliance is hereby recorded and no further orders required.
