This application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 575 days in representing the application D.No.41154 of 2022 and 119921 of 2023.

2.Since there was no objection on the other side and though the delay is abnormal, the present application is filed only to discharge the guardian and to declare the petitioner as major, this Court is of the view that the inaction on the part of the petitioner or his counsel in filing the application promptly may not be a ground to reject the application, this application is ordered and the delay of 575 days in representing the aforesaid applications are hereby condoned.
