Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent for misappropriation of Theethipalayam Village Panchayat funds under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994 within a time frame fixed by this Court by considering the complaint given by the petitioner against the 5th respondent dated 17.09.2021, 06.10.2021 and 18.10.2021.
