A.No.783 of 2021 A.No.783 of 2021 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J, The plaintiff has called upon the defendant to supply PVC Pipes and High Pressure Pipes . Supply was effected to the plaintiff's Office at Anna Nagar within the jurisdiction of this Court. It had also been stated that invoices were also raised at Anna Nagar within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has now been filed seeking to recover a sum of Rs.1,49,05,876/- (Rupees One Crore Forty Nine Lakhs Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Six only).

3. In view of the fact, that a substantial part of the cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave to sue is granted.
