This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3228 of 2023 directing the petitioner to report before the concerned Court every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.96 of 2022 and the case is posted on 22.02.2024.

3.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and it is made clear that the petitioner will appear before the Court below during every date of hearing without fail.
