A.No.432 of 2024 in C.S.No.14 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J, This application has been filed to permit the applicant to deposit the balance sale consideration of Rs.1,08,00,000/- to the credit of the above suit.

2. Considering the fact that the plaintiff herself is ready to deposit the balance sale consideration to the credit of the suit and the nature of plaint averments, the applicant is permitted to deposit the amount to the credit of the above suit. On such deposit, the registry is directed to deposit the amount in a fixed deposit in any of the nationalized bank. The application is Ordered accordingly.

3. Post the main suit on 08.03.2024.
