GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition in para 6(b ) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25105 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 449, 147, 170, 364A, 368 of IPC, in Crime No.379 of 2021, while granting bail.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions from 30.12.2021 till date and it is very difficult him to stay and accommodate in Tiruchengodu, since, the petitioner being a native of Coimbatore District and he is a daily wages and sole bread winner of the family. Hence, the present modification petition has been filed.. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions properly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 6.00 p.m.,until further orders. This petition is ordered.
