ORDER

[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to respondents to grant leave for 30 days to the life convict viz., V.Senthil Kumar, Life Convict No.24027, detained at Central Prison, Vellore and to release him on 30 days leave on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2019. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. The Probation Officer, in his report, stated that there is a life threat to the life convict at his village and hence, he has not recommended to grant leave to him. In the aforestated circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant leave to the life convict.
