C.M.P.No.455 of 2026 in C.R.P.SR.No.187413 of 2025 P.B.BALAJI, J.

The petitioner filed the above petition to accept the cause title in the Revision.

2.The petitioner bank is holding a mortgage in its favour, however, behind the back of the petitioner bank, the respondents have obtained an award before the Lok Adalat on 14.09.2024, and thereby causing serious prejudice and hardship to the petitioner bank. The petitioner challenges the award of the Lok Adalat passed in O.S.No.154 of 2024 by way of Revision before this Court invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the above petition for accepting cause title and satisfied with the reasons assigned therein. This petition stands ordered. 4.Registry is directed to number the above C.R.P. and post it for Admission on 12.01.2026, if the papers are otherwise in order.
