2. The case came to be registered on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent/T.K.Srinivasan. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard learned counsel for the parties and after hearing at length, when this Court is not inclined to accept the contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petitions. He has also made endorsement in the petitions.

4. Considering the fact that the parties are closely related and some of them are advocates, this Court permits the petitioner to withdraw the petitions. Accordingly, both the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The Court below is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.14425 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
