On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that warrant of commission has been executed. Vehicle seized has been handed over to the applicant. Award has been passed in the arbitration proceedings. Submission of the learned counsel is placed on record.

2. Learned Advocate Commissioner has filed her report dated 21.04.2015 and seeks for additional remuneration.

3. Vide order dated 09.01.2015, learned Advocate Commissioner has been paid an initial remuneration of Rs.10,000/-. Considering the nature of work, an additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- is directed to be paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and this application is closed. The Advocate Commissioner shall stand discharged.
