O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsiff, Madhavaram to dispose of the EP.No.30 of 2020 in RCOP.No.16 of 2015 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that he has filed RCOP.No.16 of 2015 and got eviction orders and that orders have become final. In order to get the orders passed in RCOP.No.16 of 2015 executed, he has filed an Execution Petition in the year 2019 originally in District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur, which was subsequently transferred to Madhavaram Court after its establishment in the year 2020. It is submitted that there is no presiding officer at Madhavaram and thereby, the matter is adjourned from time to time.

3. Considering the circumstances explained and the petitioner is stated to be 73 years of age, the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram is hereby directed to take up EP.No.30 of 2020 in RCOP.No.16 of 2015 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. 2/4
