2.It is represented by the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 that against the 3rd Respondent, a case was registered under Section 366A https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I.P.C. as well as under Sections 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act and he was remanded to custody on 28.05.2018. Ever since after the remand of the 3rd Respondent on 28.05.2018, the Petitioner's minor daughter T.Deepika D/o.Thangaraj is residing with her parents.

3.Since the Petitioner's daughter T.Deepika is staying/residing with the Petitioner ever since 28.05.2018 (viz., in parents house) and nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Habeas Corpus Petition, the Petitioner's daughter viz., T.Deepika is permitted to go with her parents.
