Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, prayed to issue Writ of Mandamus to extend the time from 22.12.2018 to 15.02.2019, to enable the petitioner to provide an alternative land new registered lease deed, as per the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd circular dated 09.06.2016 for the construction of godown and showroom for setting up LPG Distributorship at Ponneri.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to extend the time enabling the petitioner to provide an alternative land for the purpose of allotments of LPG dealerships.

2. According to the petitioner, she was selected by the respondent corporation for LPG dealership and that the land offered by her was not accepted by the respondent Corporation. In the above said circumstances, the petitioner sought for time to provide alternative site and the respondent Corporation also granted time till 22.12.2018. Since the petitioner was not able to provide alternative site till the time prescribed by the respondent, she filed the present Writ Petition seeking three https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection for extending the time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is allowed granting the petitioner three weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for providing an alternative land for the construction of godown and showroom for setting up LPG Distributorship at Pooneri as per the procedure for selection of LPG distributorship.
