Respondent(s) PRAYER The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records and to quash the Notification No. 03/2023 dated 25.10.2023, issued by the Teachers Recruitment Board, Government of Tamil Nadu, and b.consequentially to issue appropriate directions to the Director of school Education to prepare a panel for 2 percentage vacancies reserved for non teaching staff in accordance with G.O. Ms.No. 175 dated 19.07.2007.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records and to quash the Notification No. 03/2023 dated 25.10.2023, issued by the Teachers Recruitment Board, Government of Tamil Nadu, and b.consequentially to issue appropriate directions to the Director of school Education to prepare a panel for 2 percentage vacancies reserved for non teaching staff in accordance with G.O. Ms. No.175 dated 19.07.2007.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that challenging the Recruitment Notification dated 25.10.2023, the petitioner had filed this Writ Petition. In the absence of any interim order, the process of the recruitment has been completed and the teachers have been appointed. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
