A.No.2694 of 2009 A.No.2694 of 2009 N.SATHISH KUMAR,J Instant Application has been filed to direct the respondents to furnish security for the sum of Rs.10,42,747.39, failing which an order of attachment of the immovable properties more fully described in the Schedule be passed by transmitting the order to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Alapuzha, Alapuzha District, Kerala.

2. This Court, vide, order, dated 27/1/2010, had directed the respondents to furnish security and also directed the applicant to take steps to get an arbitrator appointed. Till now, it is not brought to the notice of this Court that Arbitrator appointed or not.

3. In such a view of the matter, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, instant application is closed. 30/9/2020 mvs.
