Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to engage the petitioner as computer cum clerk in the Family Welfare Scheme of the Respondent Corporation as per the appointment order dated 29.12.2012 and grant such other further relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to engage the petitioner as computer cum clerk in the Family Welfare Scheme of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Respondent Corporation as per the appointment order dated 29.12.2012 and grant all consequential service benefits. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, now brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner was engaged as Computer cum Clerk and served in the Corporation and retired from service on 30.04.2016, on attaining the age of superannuation. 3.Thus, there is no question of further appointing the writ petitioner in the Post of Computer cum Clerk as he was allowed to retire from service. In view of the fact that the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
