ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the first petitioner has not been arrayed as accused in the case. 2.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed with respect to the first petitioner as un-necessary.

3.With respect to the petitioners 2 to 4, they apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 355 and 323 of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and hence, pray for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and therefore, they may be granted anticipatory bail.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that no one has been injured and he has no serious objection. 6.Considering the nature of the offences and the fact that the petitioners are having permanent residence and also the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners 2 to 4, with certain conditions.

7.Accordingly, the petitioners 2 to 4 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakonam and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 8.The petitioners 2 to 4 shall appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a period of three weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
