The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to withdraw the above C.C.No.4 of 2013 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sangagiri, Salem District and to transfer the same to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Erode. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during the pendancy of this petition, the Salem District was bifurcated and after bifurcation, the case in C.C.No.4 of 2013 was transferred to the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Edappadi, Salem District.
