ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2021 and resurvey the land admeasuring an extent of 81.02.50 hectare comprised in survey Nos.622/1, 622/2, 622/3, 622/4, 623, 624, 625, 626/1, 626/2, 627, 629/1, 629/2, 630, 632, 633/1, 633/2, 633/3, 633/4, 634/1, 634/2, 634/3, 634/4, 635, 636, 637, 638/1 & 638/2 with patta No.177 situated at Naduvattam Revenue Village, Udhagamandalam Taluk of The Nilgiris District and verify the boundaries within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.C. Vigneswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner submitted an application to survey and verify the boundaries of the petitioner's land comprised in survey Nos.622/1, 622/2, 622/3, 622/4, 623, 624, 625, 626/1, 626/2, 627, 629/1, 629/2, 630, 632, 633/1, 633/2, 633/3, 633/4, 634/1, 634/2, 634/3, 634/4, 635, 636, 637, 638/1 & 638/2 situated at Naduvattam Revenue Village, Udhagamandalam Taluk of The Nilgiris District before the third respondent. The petitioner also paid requisite fee to measure the subject property.

Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to pass order to survey the petitioner's property comprised in survey Nos.622/1, 622/2, 622/3, 622/4, 623, 624, 625, 626/1, 626/2, 627, 629/1, 629/2, 630, 632, 633/1, 633/2, 633/3, 633/4, 634/1, 634/2, 634/3, 634/4, 635, 636, 637, 638/1 & 638/2 situated at Naduvattam Revenue Village, Udhagamandalam Taluk of The Nilgiris District, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
