O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed an Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.275 of 2017 for interim custody of the minor child and the same has been adjourned from time to time. Therefore the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for speedy disposal of the aforesaid application.

3.By considering the aforesaid facts, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Judge, Tambaram to dispose of I.A.No.275 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30.07.2018, if there is no other legal impediment. 4.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
