The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section 379 of IPC in Cr.No.511 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused is alleged to have committed a theft of 13 goats worth about Rs.65,000/- belonging to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner name is not found in the F.I.R Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner along with other accused is alleged to have committed a theft of 13 goats to the tune of Rs. 65,000/-. Hence, he opposed for

grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
