(CR.NO. 183 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for the investigation. Imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.10.2021 made in Crl.OP.No. 20786 of 2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 23349 of 2021, dated 03.12.2021.

4.
