This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.321 of 2019, pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that already a closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Virudhachalam on 12.12.2019.
