C.M.P.No.14391 of 2022 in S.A.No.458 of 2015 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 7th respondent as the respondent and rank them as the respondents 11 to 13 in the above Second Appeal.

2.This Court already ordered notice to the proposed respondents 11 to 13 and the same was returned as unclaimed. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 10 submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present petition.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. 4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the second appeal. Notice to the impleaded respondents 11 to 13 returnable by 15.11.2022.
