(1646 Sq.Ft. ) CDMA in the approved layout vide No.P.P.D /L.O.No. 26/ 2010 and comprised in Old Survey Nos.8/2 9 155 / 2 (part) 156(part) as per Patta No. 3311 and after sub Division New Survey Nos. 155 / 2B1 156/2A situated at No.118 padianallur village Ponneri Taluk Tiruvallur District.

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the Second respondent herein to issue Patta to the Petitioner for the property situated plot bearing Plot No. XXI - B measuring an extent of 153.00 sq.mt. (1646 Sq.Ft. ) CDMA in the approved layout vide No.P.P.D /L.O.No. 26/ 2010 and comprised in Old Survey Nos.8/2 9 155 / 2 (part) 156(part) as per Patta No. 3311 and after sub Division New Survey Nos. 155 / 2B1 156/2A situated at No.118 padianallur village Ponneri Taluk Tiruvallur District.

In order to get patta for the land situated at Old Survey Nos.8/2 9 155 / 2 (part) 156(part) as per Patta No. 3311 and after sub Division New Survey Nos. 155 / 2B1 156/2A situated at No.118 padianallur village Ponneri Taluk Tiruvallur District, the petitioner had submitted an online application on 11.11.2022 to the 2nd respondent Tahsildar and in order to consider the same, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the said 2 / 4

online application submitted by the petitioner would be considered by the 2nd respondent and needful would be undertaken within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court,

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for and having regard to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. "That there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 11.11.2022 and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
