This Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking Succession Certificate to the 1st Petitioner with power to collect the shares and to receive interest or profits accrued therein and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule. 2.After following due procedure, the Petitioners were invited to tender evidence. the Petitioners were examined as PW1 & PW2 and Ex.P1 to Ex.P.11 were marked, which are as follows:

3.The 2nd Petitioner/PW2, who is the Sister of the 1st Petitioner has given consent affidavit as she has no objection to grant succession certificate in favour of the her brother.

4.In view of both oral and documentary evidences adduced before this Court, I find no impediment for grant of succession certificate. 5.Hence this Original Petition stands allowed. The Succession Certificate may be issued in favour of the 1st Petitioner in accordance with the rules.
