In order to survey the land, the petitioner had already approached this Court and obtained an order, pursuant to which an enquiry was conducted by 1 / 4
the 1st respondent who passed an order on 30.05.2022 directing the 2nd respondent to survey the land. Though such an order was passed on 30.05.2022 so far the 2nd respondent has not acted upon. Therefore, it triggered the petitioner to file the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
2. Reiterating the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court.
3. Heard Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. In view of the order that is going to be passed, notice to the private respondent is hereby dispensed with.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that, certainly the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 30.05.2022 would be complied with by the 2nd respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Having regard to the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, and taking note of the order already passed by the 1st respondent dated 30.05.2022, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order.

" That there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon as per the order of the 1st respondent dated 30.05.2022 after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent and complete the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
