CMP.Nos.282, 283 & 284 of 2012 in S.A.No.108 of 2005 CMP.Nos.282, 283 & 284 of 2012 in S.A.No.108 of 2005 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., CMP.No.282 of 2012, has been filed to condone the delay of 643 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement in the above S.A.No.108 of 2005, CMP.No.283 of 2012 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the fourth respondent viz., Raman Nair, in the above second appeal and CMP.No.284 of 2012 has been filed to bring on record the proposed parties/legal representatives of the deceased/fourth respondent as the respondents in S.A.No.108 of 2005. 2.The factum of the death and the proposed parties as his legal representatives, are not in dispute.
3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, all these petitions are allowed. 4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title within a period of three weeks. Post the matter after three weeks.
