This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition.

Today when this Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. 3.

On going through the order sheet maintained in the miscellaneous petition, it appears that on 20.04.2022, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported no instructions from the petitioner. After recording the same, this Court directed the registry to list the matter today under the caption "For dismissal".
