No.190 of 2024 seeking leave of this Court to file reply to the sur-rejoinder filed by the respondent in O.A.Nos.744 and 745 of 2024, along with supporting documents.

2. Eventhough serious objections have been raised by the learned Senior counsel for the respondent for allowing application Nos.11 and 12 of 2025, this Court, after giving due consideration to the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the said applications, is inclined to allow the 1/3

said applications, provided the applicant serves reply to the sur-rejoinder along with supporting documents before 4 pm on 04.01.2025, failing which, this Court will not consider the reply to the sur-rejoinder as well as supporting documents.

3. In the aforementioned terms, Application Nos.11 and 12 of 2025 are allowed. Both the counsels are directed to file brief notes of submissions along with the authorities they reply upon before the next hearing date. Post the matter for arguments in IAs on 06.01.2025. 03.01.2025 rkm 2/3
