[Order of Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J] Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to take https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
immediate action, to remove the unauthorised auto stand at the northern side of the petitioner's property situated at No.31, Breeze Park Apartment, SathikBasha Nagar 1st street, Virugambakkam, Chennai 600 092, within a reasonable time.
2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that action has been taken by the Inspector of Police, R5 Virugambakkam Traffic Police Station, Chennai and removed the auto stand near the premises of the petitioner on 16.09.2019. Inspector of Police has also produced the photographs in proof of the same.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
