ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 02.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.From a perusal of the materials available on record, it appears that the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- to the opposite party for undergoing training as Flight Instructor and that he was sent to US, But he was not given proper training. Hence, the present complaint has been lodged. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.On a reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be a deficiency in service. Hence, a positive direction cannot be given to the respondents police to register a case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
