[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to trace out and produce the detenue by name, V.Iswarya, aged 17 years, daughter of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel. The 3rd respondent viz, Inspector of Police, Sunguvarchatram Police Station, Kancheepuram District has produced the detenue and she has been identified by the petitioner/father. The detenue has expressed her willingness to go with her father.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
