This application has been filed permit the General Power of Attorney Agent to executy the security bond for the pet for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the Assistant Registrar, [O.S.II] High court, Madras as per the Order passed by this Court in O.P.No.307 of 2023 dated 19.12.2023.

2. Considering the fact that the Power of Attorney is none other than the father of the petitioner and he only pursued the Original Petition, this application is Ordered.
