2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in these affidavits, these applications are allowed.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant that there is a likelihood of settlement between the parties and request before this Court to refer this matter for mediation in order to resolve the dispute amicably between the parties, this Court deems it fit to refer these matters to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court, for an amicable settlement between the parties.
