This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to restore the Water and Sewerage connection to the petitioner's property situated at No.7, Old No.2/6, present No.19, Astabhujam Road, Choolai, Purasaivakkam Village, Chennai - 600 112.

2. Heard Mr.G.Muthukumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.P.No.17398 of 2017, the Water and Sewerage connection to the petitioner's property was already restored.

4. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
