The petitioner seeks amendment of the compromise decree dated 30.08.2017.

2. The claim of the petitioner is that certain mistakes have crept in regarding the Survey Numbers of the properties in the compromise decree and the same needs to be corrected.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection for allowing this application. It is also agreed between the counsels that the amendment of the compromise decree will not require amendment of the plaint schedule as these properties did not originally form part of the plaint schedule properties.

4. Considering the above, this application is ordered. The Registry is directed to carryout amendment and issue amended order copy by 30.04.2019.
