This application has been filed by the applicant/defendant to bring on record the respondents 6 to 8 herein as the legal representative in the place of the deceased 1st respondent namely Manickam and rank them as respondents 6 to 8 in Appl.No.4050 of 2023 in C.S No.576 of 2002.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2/plaintiffs 1 & 2 has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
