ORDER

This Crl.O.P., is filed seeking to quash the C.C.No.57 of 2012 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District.

2. When the matter came up today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that already trial commenced and so far five witnesses have been examined.

3. In view of the facts that the case in C.C.No.57 of 2012 is pending from 2012 and now the trial has been commenced, this court is not inclined to pass any further orders. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
