This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 06.11.2023 in Crl.MP.No.17543 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court during the hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
