The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28788 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024.

ah 2.Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
