A perusal of the records shows that the first respondent died and the learned counsel for the appellant did not take steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent. The respondent filed a petition in C.M.P.No.6332 of 2021 to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent and rank them as respondents 6 to 9 in the above appeal.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.588 of 2010.
