ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2 nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation except due process of law pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that it is a family dispute between the spouses and already enquiry was conducted the closed and therefore there is no question of harassment.
