ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.955 of 2024 order dated 09.12.2024 on the file of Sessions Judge, Udhagamandalam, that petitioner should appear and sign before the Ooty G1 Police Station daily twice at 10.30 A.M and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.955 of 2024 order dated 09.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
