Mr.S.Kalyanaraman COMMON JUDGMENT [Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1) Today, a Memo dated 23.03.2023 is filed by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, on behalf of the appellants. (2) It is stated in the Memo that the parties had settled their dispute in the above First Appeals and the appellants have decided to withdraw the Appeal Suits. Learned counsel also referred to the letter dated 22.03.2023 addressed by the appellants to the learned counsel, based on which a letter has been sent by the learned counsel to the Registry requesting to post the above Appeal Suits for withdrawal.
(3) Learned counsel also made a submission that recording the Memo dated 23.03.2023, the Appeal Suits may be dismissed as withdrawn.
