The petitioner had been filed seeking modification the condition that each one of the two petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs each to the credit of Crime No.113 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur and on such deposits, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur may transfer the said amount to the Fixed Deposit and pass final orders at the time of conclusion of trial in Crl.O.P.No.28416 of 2023 dated 20.12.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the condition may be modified to that the first petitioner may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.9.75 lakhs and the second petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-.

3. In view of the fact that there is no difference in the total amount to be deposited, the order dated 20.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28416 of 2023 is accordingly modified.

4. In view of the above fact, time is extended till 29.02.2024.

5. The learned counsel for the intervenor also appearing through Video Conferencing. But it has been made clear that the amounts Rs.10 lakhs has not been altered or modified by this Court. 12.02.2024
