O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2021 and issue electricity service connection to his premises as early as possible.
2. The case of the petitioner is that, he is the tenant under the 4th respondent and is residing at No.161, 2nd Floor, Dr.Natesan Road, 4th Street, Triplicane, Chennai-600 005. While so, the petitioner made a representation dated 15.11.2021 before the respondents 1 to 3 to provide electricity service connection to his premises, however, till date no order has been passed on the same. Hence, the present petition is filed.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2021 and provide electricity service connection to the petitioner's premises within the time stipulated by this Court.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has no serious objection for said order being passed.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2021 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
